Your child’s first teachers will greatly influence their attitude about school. At PGP, we respect the powerful role of early childhood professionals which leads us to search extensively, and hire staff very carefully. Our vision comes to life when children feel safe, challenged, and excited about learning… and the fact is, GOOD TEACHERS ARE THE KEY. Whether they are listening to children share thoughts, leading them to explore materials, bringing a storybook to life, or coaching an emerging skill... our faculty are some of the BEST!

Our Director, Amanda Morgan
Wishview's Director, Amanda Morgan, began working as an Infant/Toddler Teacher back in 2015. She excelled in responding to children's needs, classroom management, collaboration with co-workers, and parent communication which led to her promotions to Assistant Director in 2017, and then Director in 2019. Amanda holds an Associates Degree in Accounting and Level II NC Child Care Administrator Certification. Wishview is fortunate to have tenure with such a skilled early childhood professional.
Amanda's roles as a mom, foster parent, teacher, special needs advocate, and child care administrator come together to provide Wishview with an invested, super resourceful leader. Understanding the needs of diverse young children is her gift and helping parents navigate helpful community services is her passion. Amanda is dedicated to attaining optimal school readiness for every child in our program.
Amanda and her wife Sha live nearby in High Point, with their four children, cat, and dog.

Our Founder & Lead Administrator, Donna Danzy
The decision to invest in early childhood programs is rooted in Donna Durham Danzy’s goal to help other families and support the well-being of Greensboro’s children. As a young girl, Donna enjoyed planning creative play activities for neighborhood children. In high school and college, she studied child development and education. Landing an afterschool job teaching preschool at the YMCA became a springboard for a life-long career in early childhood leadership.
Donna holds a BA in Elementary Education (UNCG) and is a Level III NC Child Care Administrator. Her 30+ years of early childhood experience includes roles as a nanny, teacher, director, teacher-trainer, preschool quality consultant, and childcare center owner. Donna coordinated state-funded early childhood programs Smart Start and More at Four/NC Pre-K for over ten years. In 2010 she studied Spanish and Preschool Education as a Rotary Scholar in Ecuador. Upon returning from South America, Donna began planning her first childcare venture.
Donna and Dana met as colleagues and life clicked! While raising their own six children, along with numerous foster children, Donna and Dana got married and have dedicated themselves to responding to the need for locally led, high-quality, child development programs. Currently, they proudly operate two 5-star childcare centers, Piedmont Global Preschool (since 2011), Wishview Children's Center (since 2015), and an engaging little children's museum, Market St Playpark (since 2025).
Motivated by a desire to bring globally recognized child development best practices to NC, the couple has traveled to New Zealand to study early care and education. They are planning to one day complete an early childhood education study tour in Reggio Emilia, Italy as well.
